  1. Return Eligibility:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns for eligible items.

Full Refund/Exchange is possible If:

  • You received a defective item
  • The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit
  • An item(s) is missing from your order

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 2 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.
